I found the hotel to be a convenient choice, perfect for conference attendees, despite the room door opening directly onto the parking lot. The cleanliness and helpful staff were notable, though the smell of cigarettes and perfume was a bit overwhelming at times. The location proved very practical for accessing the Parks, fine dining, and attractions, making it easy to explore without straying far from the property.
The hotel's location was the best part of the stay, being excellent for visiting the parks and within walking distance to Sea World. The rooms were very outdated and uncomfortable, with a musty smell that prompted us to request a room change. The dining experience was underwhelming with unimpressive breakfast options, while the service seemed inconvenienced and lacked professionalism.
