I found the hotel to be a convenient choice, perfect for conference attendees, despite the room door opening directly onto the parking lot. The cleanliness and helpful staff were notable, though the smell of cigarettes and perfume was a bit overwhelming at times. The location proved very practical for accessing the Parks, fine dining, and attractions, making it easy to explore without straying far from the property.

The room, with its direct access to the parking lot, was surprisingly clean, and the staff promptly addressed any security box or iron issues we encountered. The odor of cigarettes and perfume lingered, attempting to mask it.

The staff was friendly and went above and beyond by offering a better rate for unbooked nights and signing me up for the Hilton Honors program. They provided great assistance in organizing excursions, though the process of room assignment was a bit cumbersome, requiring a visit to the front desk.

The hotel's location was the best part of the stay, being excellent for visiting the parks and within walking distance to Sea World. The rooms were very outdated and uncomfortable, with a musty smell that prompted us to request a room change.
